I am selling my teardrop trailer I built from the ground up. It is 5x9 with a sleeping area of about 5x7, sleeping area has a queen size mattress with cabinets for storage. Galley in rear hatch has sink with hot and cold, 13 gallon water tank, and space for cooler. Outside there is an instant hot water heater and propane hookup also a hookup for a shower. Has an aluminum roof rack with tepui awning and awning extension. Which are new within the last year.

Tires are 33x10.5 sprung on a 3500 lb axle, has a heavy duty 2 inch bulldog coupler, all lighting is LED, doors are 26x32
