The Continuing saga of my 2011 JK Unlimited Build!

I had 19/60 springs, and they work OK on 35" tires with different fenders. But not with stock fenders, unless you cut them into flatties.
Might be worth considering the 2.5" kit if you want to keep the stock fenders on.
Decisions, decisions.

I am currently sitting on the 2" teraflex leveling system and will be putting on the 1.25" body lift. So I will have a little over 3" of lift. that's enough to fit the 35s.

Yeah. I know. The more I think about it the more I don't need 35s. I got caught up in the look of them. I could use the money, and get pretty well all the rest of my mods. I have to stop looking at the teraflex website. Well the suspension and photos area anyways. Ha ha. I think I am going to jig along shore with the 33s. I still need new springs as mine have 185, 000 on them know and I'm sure they are pooched out. The only thing that would be a huge expense then are my true tracs.

You're looking at 35" tires, like I'm looking at 37" tires, so I can really relate... lol

4.10 gears are really sweet even with 32" tires. So changing up your gearing with the Truetracs on the 33" tires you currently have, wouldn't be such a bad thing.
Down the road you'll be prepp'd, in case you come across a black Friday deal you can't pass up. ;)

I've noticed in the fuel mileage thread on WF, the 4.10 does get slightly less fuel mileage. But I really like the performance, and they still feel great with the 315/70R 17 tires on it now.

I get better than black Friday deals with the local dealer here. I usually trade in my 1/2 used tires and get 1/2 off new! can't beat that. But in the huge scheme of things, I don't NEED 35s. It is a case of looking at the AEV jeeps forsale with 37s and thinking I want something closer to that. In reality, My 33's have served me perfect for 5 years now.

Removing the truck lites and anti flicker and going with Hella super 7s and 55/100w bulbs and custom wiring harness. Truck lites and anti flickers will be for sale soon. Going back to halogen as icing is a major problem here. More so now, than in previous years, we are getting a lot of slop now and the lights become useless then.

Also to add, I was going to replace the plastic "skid plate" with a vector off road, but instead we are going to install a currie tow bracket, so We can take our Jeep with us behind the motorcoach! awesome. and cheap. 265 bucks for the plate, and I already have the blue ox bars for it. sweet setup! Didn't know it existed!

I ordered some new goodies. I am ordering a pro clip mount for my phone and tablet. It will be more secure, lower and makes more sense for my needs. I am also putting in the super 7s with 55/100w bulbs and removing the truck lites. Just building my harness now.

That's great! I've been really happy with the Pro Clip mount setup for the Galaxy Note 5.
Which pieces did you order?
Did you look for a coupon for the Pro-Clip?
You can find them pretty easy, and as expensive as the Pro-Clip is, every bit helps! :)

What are Super 7s?

No. I got the large mount for across the top of the dash, and a hard wire for my new 950xl phone and I am going to get some sort of mount for my tablet like a ram x because they do not have any for it. I am also ordering the springtail cargo divider and molle racks for the rear of the jeep. They look like awesome pieces for cargo areas.

Sweet! That will be a nice package!

I'm very happy with the side racks. Really stout once they are all bolted together.

Yes very sturdy. They were fiddly to install because every hole is slotted more than necessary. But once it's all tightened down they are rock solid.

awesome. good to know. They look awesome for cargo areas. I wish they made a module for the rear of the patriot.
