I don't have a fancy build progress thread, but here is what I've been up to. That's a Bajarack FJ rack with light bar on a powdercoated home made over-the-camper rack. It's my first ever major welding project. I'm pleased with the results!

The highlift mounts on one side and I'm working on a shovel mount for the other.

The technitop RTT fits very nice and the ladder angle is perfect on flat ground.

I have yet to fire up the IPF 900s, but they look great. There is also an ARB backup light on the rear of the rack.

This is too funny... I thought I was the only one crazy enough to booty-fab an FJC Baja Rack to a Taco! :D

To both of you guys who have the Bajaracks, did you have to upgrade your rear suspension? New leafs,shocks,etc....

Suspension was upgraded long before the rack. Jacque (TRDParts4U) cut & rewelded leaf hangers for extra length leafs from All Pro (very flexy, not made for weight) with an OME AAL stuck in there for weight carrying. Shocks are Bilstein 5150's (reservoir) shocks.

Older Taco leafs are notorious for sagging, so that while the addition of a rack itself wouldn't be cause for any upgrade, if your truck has some age it's probably time to do something anyway.
