Sorry for the blurry pic, I snapped the pic as I was leaving the shop. Stayed up til 11 putting this thing on. Still need to wire up the winch.

FYI those of you with the XRC8 winches may not have to do the brake pump relocation with this setup. I didn't. I was pretty reluctant to cutting a bracket off my 8day old jeep. So I checked the fit before and it fit! So that's a plus.

Like to see the black on the JK! Always happy to see another one to balance out the Expedition White on the Expo.

I'm in Loveland. I'm usually only on here from tapatalk. I guess I should update it.

Went to Left hand canyon again today. No snow so we went all over that trail. It was fun. 2 keepers from my shop went too.

Some updates!

My rear window in the hard top exploded for no reason, Chrysler refused to hold up their end of the 12,000 mile glass warranty because there was no way to prove that it was installed improperly(exploding for no reason sounds like proof to me) rear glass costs $650, so does this soft top..

I got an ungodly amount of hours this paycheck, and got tired of flat towing my yota to go wheeling, so I got some tires..

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1375095026.340881.jpg

There is some rubbing on the sway bar, and the frame up front, out back if I hit a dip in the road I can hear the tires rub the rock rails. I trimmed 2" off the rails and cut the pinch seam. Clearance for days. I should have snapped a picture, before I probably had 7mm between the tire and the rail.

I flexed out at the shop on some conveniently placed ditches.

At this point in time I was still waiting for my OME 2.5" heavy kit to show up.
It showed up!

We went wheeling.

Now I need to order some extended rear brake lines, install my wheel spacers, and my rear trackbar relocation bracket, and figure out what to do about my front trackbar, whether it be a bracket relocation or and adjustable trackbar.

Oh and put my OBA on the jeep instead of my yota, not airing down really sucks Offroad.

Updates:

I am now back in California, I got the OBA installed, put a mount for my Hi-lift on the front bumper, and installed an ESC kill switch.

Tomorrow I'll try to put in the locker bypass switches.

I would like to put in a switch for the OBA inside the cab along with a pressure gauge. It's not really required, nor can I think of a reason to even have it unless I install another quick connect that's not under the hood. I can't decide on a place for it though.

I had a pod installed on top of the dash in that little general purpose detent that housed an air gauge for the OBA tank, the switch to turn on the compressor, and a switch for the pneumatic solenoid on my swaybars disconnect (by ORO). Not sure if I have a photo of that anywhere....

There is a picture of the interior posted here: http://nwoods.smugmug.com/Jeep-Adventures/Marni-Gets-A-New-Toy/2005-Jeep-Rubicon-Unlimited/i-PT64VZV/A

A few better pics of it here:

Jeep looks great. I love jeeps mild lifts with a stock or close wheel and big tires. My personal favorite way to build a jeep. Will get you almost anywhere too.
