TJM shock quality?

Hell, I'd say do a Titan swap. If you're going to end up going big, go BIG. Plus doing so will open up a slew of long travel options. Don't settle :D

nice. Can you throw up a pic?

Sure I'll get one tomorrow morning. As for the Titan Swap, it's a great setup. However, I wouldn't call choosing the TJM setup "settling". It's all about priorities. Unfortunately, in the southeast, width is a huge factor on what can and cannot be done. I find that I am at the perfect width as the truck is currently. It's not unstable but it's not too wide for trails either. Also, I didn't want to spend as much as the Titan Swap warrants.

I completely understand priorities, trail usage and track width, and utilizing suspension for what you end up using the actual truck for as I stated earlier, but:

I was a TJM distributor for 15 years, originally they used cofab shocks from brazil which were great shocks, now they use shocks out of china to save a few dollars and they are absolute rubbish!!! i would'nt put them on my billy cart.

I could add a spacer and UCA's to the OME, but why spend another $600+ when it isn't increasing wheel travel?

And when more travel is needed by the OP with limited options, and not having extremely narrow trails out here on the westcoast, it almost warrants it. Although I do have to say, the price is quite high up in the clouds but if one is looking for extended articulation and beefier components without going SAS, the Titan swap is your best bet. With options like PRG where customer service is a bit spotty at times with long wait times, lower than average priced TJM coilovers with China shocks, lack of lift OME, it'd be a safe bet to either do the 2.0 Extended Radflo's and UCAs, or REALLY hunker down and give the TS a shot. For me personally, spending $399 on a pair of coilovers isn't going to last me very long and I wouldn't expect longevity nor good quality out of something like that.

In the end, it's all up to Kurt and what his budget/usage warrants.

Rust does a body good.
Just stick to the non res radflo coilovers. Mine never get overly hot and perform really well.
