For sale is my project for the last 2 years. It served me well as a mobile bedroom in absurdly expensive coastal California. Lucky for you I'm migrating north where the rents cheaper so I no longer need this big boy.

Details:
  • 8 foot camper length
  • 2 interior closets
  • Couch built for sleeping 6'+ people
  • Vinyl flooring
  • Queen size foam mattress (can be sold w/ or w/out), can also fit a king
  • Unknown weight, likely less than 800 pounds
  • Traditional mounting mechanism, bots to bed pockets (comes with lots of hardware and mounts)
  • 4 Rieco manual hydraulic jacks (old but functional)
As it stands currently, the exterior is basically done with the exception of porch lights (included).
The interior is not quite furnished. Walls are all painted, the floor is done.
This project is mostly in need of finish carpentry. Shelving, drawers, some trim pieces etc..
I installed a butcher block kitchen counter top, used as a desk but was designed to be a kitchen.
The 6 windows are from the original camper, theyre weathered but fully functional. All are sliding, with removable screen doors.
My dad and I rebuilt the original door, with new matching aluminum panels and a new door knob/key. it has a screen door and exterior door.

I had plans on installing a dinette table alongside the couch, I have the necessary hardware and tabletop that matches the kitchen counter.
I never installed the sink (included) or plumbing system.
I never added electricity. I did run interior wires for your basic ceiling lights and a fantastic fan.
I never planned on having a bathroom, goal was to have a stowed-away canister toilet.

I have over 6 grand in materials into this project. I painstakingly replaced all the old aluminum, 70% of the wood in the walls, the overhang, and the roof. I ordered custom RV aluminum sheeting from Hemet Valley in LA. The roof is pristine, no leaks or old camper smells.
This camper has really only been on the road twice since its rebuild. I have an emotional interest in its future and am more than willing to be on call for questions for its new owner.
