The above i'd stay away from on an XJ.. unless you source the ZJ style cam bolts to be able to retain the caster adjustment. A regular through bolt will be able to slide in the ovaled mounting hole.
The option of the adjustability is interesting though..wouldnt have to drop an arm for a slight length change.

I would expect to pay in the area of $200 minimum if they calc it as an hourly job at a facility. Local Jeeper/Buddy with a welder might do it as low as a few colds ones and lunch.
If you were to carry in with the OE brackets removed and tube cleaned up and marked for the new parts.. i'd expect you would save a few $$.
