I think that's real close to what I paid. I used 062 on my side walls and roof and 040 on the curves, I liked the way the 040 looked 062 didn't want to conform as well as I had hoped.

I think anodizing is a chemical process so as far as I know they only have the stuff I used which is satin anodized or a dark bronze anodized other then that I think you would have to paint it.

You could prolly use 20G if ur just covering wood surfaces. It would be lighter and cheaper. Here's a pic of my reference book I use with the weights of material.

Alrighty!!! Git the floor cut into place for a grand total of 31.26 lol. I glued all the seams, so should be pretty solid.

What an amazing build! I'm watching this very closely as I'm planning to start a similar build this summer. Full-custom, teardrop style, off road capable, and built around a queen sized mattress. It's going to be fairly wide, but i'm taking all the design cues from you!

Very nice work, sir. I envy your skills.

Silver,

I just looked at the thread again, been out of it for a few weeks. The trailer is really looking GOOOOOOOD!!!!

Having played with these and dragging mine to events, I have one comment that comes up on mine all the time, not so much negative, but suggesting that I should have done two doors. In reallity I decided about a week into staying in it, that it does need two doors. Two people with one acess is a pain in the rear. I am building all of mine with two doors, no side windows now.

Keep up the great work!

Well it is snowing like the devil here. Headed to Fontana to get a new welding helmet, mine bit the big one this morning.

I think you will be happy with the extra door. I know my wife loves the second door, at my age I have those sudden potty stops at night. lol

Your doing great ont his trailer. Really looking forward to the galley.
