most everyone camps, and as Doug says- facilities are super nice. And if you prefer to be away from the crowd, ther are several other camping areas within Uwharrie.
Weather is looking good at this point- warm and dusty...

Camping with the group sounds like fun, is there a certain site that everyone is planning to use? I will probably get there Friday-early afternoon at the latest and I'm sure I'll be able to spot the group. The forecast is looking dry and should be cooling off by Thursday so the campfires at night will be very welcome.

If I don't ride with someone-I'll be getting a lot of photos-or maybe I'll do both.

just go to the big "group camp" and just pick your favorite spot...and definitely get out on the trails! either riding or driving, its lots of fun!

I'd like to try Kodak and Daniel with the 130. Did you ever do either with yours ?

Daniel was interesting with the 130 for sure- wheelbase and breakover not your friend. On Kodak the right line made it look easy, wheelbase a plus. And the Tdi made it all fun

I made it up kodiak rock this year, but havnt been able to make it down. Keep getting highcentered or worse.

Can't wait to watch you guys put me to shame.

Yup, it's a state park. But i have as yet to find a non drunk jeeper or domestic on the trails after 6pm.

put it in a cup..the rangers come by the camp sometimes to check things out

Check-I'll pack a stadium cup and keep the empties out of sight, and try to park close to the camp fire so I don't have far to walk to replenish the cup.

Great meeting you as well Jonathan-hope you had a good ride home. It was a nice day for a slow drive. I noticed my rear limiting strap came off when I got home,it looks like it was pretty weak at the connection, no big deal as it is 46 years old and an easy fix.

I'm having trouble loading pics tonight-I'll try again tomorrow.

I was there for a bit, not as long as I would have liked. Did you see a white D2 on 33s, full armor(non RTE), dual swing away rear bumper?
