Excellent choice add a jump box for final piece of mind.

I already used to have a good one with me which made my choice even easier

Just make sure you install a fuse or circuit breaker very close to the battery, cheap insurance. Also correctly size the wire to the fridge.

We installed a fuse close to the battery and used 8 gauge wire, spliced into the Indel b 12V cable. I might need to shorten the cable a bit but haven‘t an error on the fridge display so far.

An Anderson Power Pole connector would be a good choice at that splice if you do elect to shorten the cable. Sounds like you are up and running ,congrats on cold beverages!!
