What did you do to your Expo Jeep today?

Had some parts left from previous builds and decided to better the stance of my '94 XJ Country. $0 and way too many hours for what it is but is makes a difference! As this is my daily driver and sees 120+ miles a day 2" is all it's probably going to get. I'll go up one tire size when I need them. This will get me anywhere I need and most places I want to go. mrcoyote, whats your suspension/wheel setup?

3.5" procomp lift and 35x12.5" dunlop 'fierce attitude' MT tires.

If (when) I rebuild... I'm heavily thinking of 2.5" and smaller tires - or at least not as wide. I don't do any hardcore mudding to put a tire like this to work and think that a 1" drop in lift might improve mpg.

Just got it back from alignment. Finally got my lift, rear tire carrier, and sliders installed. Mounted the tires up and balanced. Added windshield lights/mounts and upgraded my headlights (best mod yet). Now time to go have some fun!

While it's possible... I doubt it makes much of a difference. That said, I've yet to find myself in a situation where my 33s (either these 33x13.5, or my old ones 33x12.5) were the reason why I had issues vs having 35s.

Broke a fuel line but not when pulling it out, oh no, my genius self broke it while cleaning the tank.. New fuel pump and line coming up, and while tanks out of the way gonna do some work back there, rear shocks change diff fluid, and whatever else I find

My first trail damage (to this JK).

It was a nice day today... decided to check out a trail near my place. Kinda wish I'd turned back way before I did. I mostly kept going because I didn't want to have to go back through the crap I came through on the way in... It was mostly a quad trail... so lots of tight tree's....

Just the way the tree's were, I made it through just fine on the way in. Tight, but not a big deal... unfortunately the tree's on the way out were just in the wrong spots for me to get the right line... Almost tore off my door handle, bent in my rocker panel, bent my stock rock guard down, and bent my fender in. Whops. The sad thing is I have rocker panel guards that I bought last summer that I haven't installed yet. Not sure it would have prevented this, as I think it bent due to how the stock rock guards mount. But now when I do install it... it'll at least hide this. I'll be getting my buddy to make some brackets and will weld the rock guards to the frame sometime this winter now.

This is actually my first real trail damage to my JK (at least this one).
