Still unsure but looks to be nuts not quite tight enough and wrong style acorn instead of shank. Axle is a little wide and I think I'll order another from ABC axle out of AL, plus save needing wider fenders or spacers or anything else. Tires are nice and narrow and inspiring me to go 255's next time on the 4R.
