What's in your Kitchen Box?

I had an old Pelican box kicking around so I used that for a couple of reasons, it was a good size, I had no other use for it, I already paid for the damn thing, and the best part, it keeps the moisture out so all my spices and coffee don't become rock hard.
So the list:
(I'm in Canada so the stores will be different :sombrero: )
Cast Iron fry pan (17")
cast iron flat grill (8"x20")
cast iron pot with lid - I know they weight a lot but you can't beat it for cooking.
All my spices and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and other things are allocated in small seal-able containers like THESE
then a set for 2 of metal, ceramic coated cheap plates, bowls, cups and the rest is paper plates (which make awesome fire starter too.
Standard cheap cutlery in a fishing tackle box to keep it organized, a set of good knives (House of Knives).
Coleman 2 burner stove that's over 6 years old but working well,
the perfect camp fire grill: http://www.campfiregrill.com/
then a Dometic (Waeco) 50L freezer
Coleman Extreme 50L cooler.
Everything I cook is from scratch, no canned anything, fresh veggies, using 2 aluminium water bottles with a good seal to keep my Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar safe.

I went a different direction than possibly trying the Snowpeak gear I was looking at earlier.
I got turned onto using cast iron for the home earlier in the year, and I bought a set for camping too.
IMO food tastes better cooked with it, and it is worth it to me with the extra weight.

All my kitchen, stove, plates, utensils, etc, are now housed inside of a chuckbox.

It makes it much easier having it all organized in one spot.

Inside:
Lodge 8" cast iron skillet
Lodge 8" cast iron Dutch oven
Lodge 20"x10" reversible grill/griddle
One Paul Revere stainless steel 1 qt sauce pan (heating water for coffee)
French press
* Can opener (from a thread here on what else, can openers)
* Plastic spatula
* Plastic spoon (big)
* Whisk
* Tongs
* Cabelas flatware (retired the old stuff from the grandparents)
* Various knives for slicing, bread knife (cuts anything)
* (all shown in a new tray I picked up that fits chuck to a T)
Paper plates
Blue enamel steel plates
Blue enamel steel soup/cereal bowls
Blue enamel steel coffee cups
Plastic measuring cup
Old toaster that fits over one burner on the cook stove
Dish towels
Dish rags
Spray oil
Seasoning salt
Slicing board
Camp Chef Denali three burner propane stove
Paper towel holder
Hand towel holder

Everything listed above fits neatly inside of chuck.

MSR dragon fly, jet boil, MSR alpine cook set, Titan pot set, one of my mums old frying pans. Works a treat. Dragon fly for most of the cooking, jet boil for getting a brew on quickly.
