I had an old Pelican box kicking around so I used that for a couple of reasons, it was a good size, I had no other use for it, I already paid for the damn thing, and the best part, it keeps the moisture out so all my spices and coffee don't become rock hard.
So the list:
(I'm in Canada so the stores will be different :sombrero: )
Cast Iron fry pan (17")
cast iron flat grill (8"x20")
cast iron pot with lid - I know they weight a lot but you can't beat it for cooking.
All my spices and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and other things are allocated in small seal-able containers like
THESE
then a set for 2 of metal, ceramic coated cheap plates, bowls, cups and the rest is paper plates (which make awesome fire starter too.
Standard cheap cutlery in a fishing tackle box to keep it organized, a set of good knives (House of Knives).
Coleman 2 burner stove that's over 6 years old but working well,
the perfect camp fire grill:

then a Dometic (Waeco) 50L freezer
Coleman Extreme 50L cooler.
Everything I cook is from scratch, no canned anything, fresh veggies, using 2 aluminium water bottles with a good seal to keep my Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar safe.
