With these two items, you can make sure your house battery is always ready without going to major extremes

Mount under the rear of the vehicle like a trailer plug, or if you're daring, make a hole somewhere in the sheet metal
and mount the Marinco inlet. You can go two ways from here; Take some SJ00W cable (vehicle safe AC cable) and run it to an outlet box (http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/BELL-Weatherproof-One-Gang-Outlet-Box-3KG85) and install an outlet (http://www.marinco.com/product/15-amp-125-volt-duplex-receptacle)...
Or cut the blade plug off of the CTek and strip back the wire and run them directly into the Marinco inlet.
Hook the positive and negative of the CTek to the rear battery. Plug in nightly or before and after trips as suggested....
Just don't drive off without pulling out the plug! .....or..... (in case ebay link dies)
