The project involves replacing the gasoline engine of a vehicle by an electric motor.

The vehicle.
Bady: 1946 Willys
Frame: Jeep CJ5
Transmission: 3 speed
Differential: Dana 30 front, 44 rear Dane

Engine 304 ... in the trash.

If all goes well it should look like this.

Is your goal to retain the T90/Dana18 and 4wd?

You will have a lot of loses through that drivetrain, particularly the Dana 18. I'd suggest looking at a different drivetrain from a modern vehicle. TJ and late model XJ use the new involute tooth profile and have smaller parasitic loses. Also, when in 2WD they are direct drive - you do not have further loses as the power flow goes through a bunch of gears when in 2WD like in the Dana 18. Also means swapping the rear axle to a centered rear output. IIRC Toyota mini-truck is approximately the right width and is more efficient wrt parasitic losses.
