It sounds like a tire problem to me. What kind of tires do you have, are they name brand or not? How many miles are on them? How are they wearing? Rub your hand over all of them, do any of them feel wavy? Tires, especially cheap ones can have damaged cords that are not visible that will vibrate even after being balanced. They can also cause a pull. You might try rotating again and see if the pull to the right changes.
WJ's do have a problem with warping front rotors but you should only feel it when you are on the brakes. Also being an 04 you should have upgraded rotors and calipers that are less likely to warp.
