Well apparently the Crank sensor worked loose and dropped on to the timing gear and broke it all to pieces.

Good call BOPOH!

Make sure the metal blade isn't what caused the crank sensor to get bashed. The metal blade behind the cranks timing gear.

I am sure because there was a loose bolt in the timing belt and a missing bolt on the crank sensor. I have thoroughly checked the belt and everything.
It runs fantastic right now. Just charging the battery.
