Im in Dallas and need a RTT. NOt looking to spend more then about 700 bucks. Let me know if anybody has anything??

I have a Mombasa covered entry WITH a fully floored changing room for $850. I bought it about a year ago and have only used it about 10 nights. It has a small tear in the changing room that I haven't had time to repair, but otherwise in great condition. I'm located in Little Rock, AR.

Is that a 2 man or 3 man tent
