WTT VW Syncro for fullsize hitop van

I find that I don't use this much anymore, I'd like something a bit bigger.

Ideally a fullsize 4x4 van w/ hightop, the interior doesn't matter to much to me.

Anyways, details on my van...

1986 VW Vanagon Syncro, pop top installed by Country Homes Campers when new. 245k miles.

2 knob syncro, has selectable rear locker and decoupler.
Transmision was rebuilt 25k miles ago by AA Trans, taller and stronger 3rd & 4th gears installed at that time.
Has a subaru 2.5 from a 2019 impreza installed by North Westy, motor had 19k miles on it and another 25k since installation.
Water Pump and timing belt replaced at installation, so about 60k miles until next service.
About 2" lift, 225/75r16 duratracs (70% tread) on mercedes aluminum rims with matching spare.
Upgraded front brakes.
Toyotomi diesel heater, 100aH house battery and 100w solar on roof. Had 300w previously but it made the roof difficult to lift.
Fiamma awning.
Homemade bench and storage, rear seat fold down to almost queen size bed.
Custom front and rear bumpers, rocker protection and front to rear skidplates.
Swing out tire carrier and rear cargo/fuel tank carrier.

I have driven this from Alaska to Belize, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Very reliable.

I also have available a 1978 GMC Royale Motorhome. You know, the EM-50 from Stripes.

I value the Syncro at $35k and the GMC at $20k.

Located in the Pacific Northwest, near Spokane, WA.

Hi. Does the Syncro have a bed for kids under the pop top?
Upper bunk is close to a double. Wife and I slept up there for a month on our first road trip after we built the cabinet too big and couldn't deploy the lower bed.
Sleeping on the roof on a freight ferry across the sea of cortez is pretty awesome....

Cabinet has been rebuilt and both sleeping areas are useable now.

I would like to see a lot more pictures if you have them- Dash, front seats, rear seats, rear seats down, view of the ceiling, view of the inside of pop up, any notable body damage, rust, rear car do area, do the front seat rotate?

Sorry, this forum never notifies me of replies. I just pulled the van out of storage and was going to take some more pictures.

Headliner has a couple punctures in it, small dent in the slider, minimal rust on the frame, a little rust around the bottom of the windshield frame and the edge of the tailgate. No seam rust.

The seats do not rotate, but I have westy swivel bases not yet installed.
The passenger seat has been modified so that you can remove it and reinstall it facing rearward.
