Mud just cant be good for a truck. I don't even know what mud is, we don't have that out west.

Thanks for the info, I live in a dry climate free of mud most of the time, mostly sand, rock and gravel. Now I know where this disc brake performs.

I take it your truck never gets into mud and deep water? the mud stops the drum working properly.
