Brentbba, I will probobly one day change the fenders fut its not very high on my priority list right now.

Was just thinking the same thing yesterday... my trailer sits about the same as yours with the tires poking out about 1.5". I think I will just get mine widened?

PO on my trailer just had a couple of strips about 3" wide cut and bent to match and bolted them to the inside/trailer side of each of the fenders. I coated the exterior of my fenders with some leftover Durabak from a cruiser project and it looks just fine. Ridge where the two pieces overlap, but it's fairly well hidden on the trailer side of each fender and leaves them OEM looking.

Nice! how are you going to have awning attached? I have a spare awning I wanted to attach to my trailer but haven't figured the best way to do it. Looking forward to see how yours ends up.

Here is the final configuration. Some minor work to do before I take it all apart and send the lid to powdercoating.

Trailer looks great! Your faster then I was. You finished right at a year from when you picked it up. We are really enjoying ours.
