Yes Another Ambulance Build

Slow progress over here. Got the floor finished and moved back onto the storage boxes.

Cut out the top half of the passenger side rear storage box and cut down the door. Then new sheet was welded in to fill in the hole. Forgive me for the terrible welds - first time mig welding aluminum.

Wrapped up the storage boxes by rewelding the tops to equal height. Should make a nice base for the queen bed.

Then I welded up the light holes.

Also couldn’t pass up a deal on marketplace. Picked up some parts for the 4x4 conversion. This won’t happen for a while so need to find a corner of the garage to shove these until I’m ready.

Does anyone know if 2005+ Dana 60 Front Axle Hub extensions will bolt up to 99-04 Dana 60s? I know the hub side bolt pattern 8x170 is the same between years - just don't know if there are any other considerations. I'm looking to use 8x200 bolt pattern on my 4x4 conversion and this would make things easy.
