Since the movie "The Hobbit" hadn't been released, (will be this December), in order to take the tour into Hobbiton we had to sign a "Confidentialty Agreement" limiting the showing of our pictures. They specifically listing any "Social Network" as a violation.

I guess they have their reasons........kind of "overkill" to me.

The Hobbit is back in the day, so the view would look different. It's actually a 2 parter, and it's being filmed at the same time. First part is out this Dec. 2012, and the 2nd half will be out Dec. 2013. This is assuming we are still here after 12.21.12

I'm a video game developer (in the art dept.) and NDA's are all over the place. You usually have to sign one before stepping foot into a studio for an interview. The game and movie industry take this (Non Disclosure Agreement) stuff very seriously.
