Hello,

Can you please inform us of what the water and grey water capacity is, also any more details about the interior of the camper would be helpful, ie fridge or cooktop, propane size, city water hookup, 110V hookup?

Sincerely,

CW

The fresh water tank is 20 gallons, gray water drains direct out the back so 5 gallon bucket, interior is original wood and in good shape. Fridge is 2way propane and 110 volt. 3 burner cooktop, propane is 5 gallon torpedo. City water hook up on drivers side with separate faucet. 110 v hookup with 1 outlet next to fridge. Fresh water faucet is hand pump with stainless steel sink.

We went down to salt lake a few weeks ago and took a look at this rig. Its in good shape, drives just as it should and from the looks of it, has had great maintenance. I think its a great deal. Driller is a great host also.

Its very tempting to buy. We are just trying to be "responsible" and pay everything else off before we get a bigger, better rig for travel.

I really am surprised it has not sold here yet. Good luck to driller, and I hope you get this deal done soon. also, thanks for giving us a look.

Thanks very much for the details.

Can the 460 tow 10,000lbs ie toy hauler?

Thanks,

CW

If I was going to tow that much with this truck I would change wheels and tires to 285/75r16 10 ply. You won't be the fastest thing out there but it will get you there and back.

Nice Truck... Bump!

If anyone does buy it that wants to do a diesel swap, I'll purchase the existing setup... Wow that would be nice in my Bronco.

10k is nothing for a 460 F-series.

Towing ability is right there with a stock early powerstroke.

Biggest difference is fuel MPG. My father has a 1990 460 F350 4x4 that he tows a 28' camp trailer with. Wet and loaded it scales about 12k.

With the 460 he averages between 6 and 8 mpg. And it tows great using nothing more than a good brake controller and a weight distribution hitch.

BTW, Im REAL surprised this truck isnt gone yet... this is a great deal.

I'm glad my camping outfit stable is too full and my bank account is empty or I'd be tempted to make an offer on just the Alaskan (I have an old F350)... But one man can only have so many campers, I think one is enough ;)
