You should be able to just lift it off. At least this is how mine was on my 2013. Scroll down to page 11 below.

Thanks Justin....tried working it back and forth to go up....some movement...but stuck in place. This does help to confirm that it lifts up...thx

I was able to just loosen mine up and just turn the pump to clear the new bumper. Also, I know TeraFlex make a pretty cheap relocation kit.

You'll want to plan your pump relocation. Most relocation brackets put it in the same place the SPod goes. Teraflex puts it adjacent to the power brake booster, leaving room for an SPod, but taking the space that many use for on board air.

I used the Teraflex bracket as my plans include installing the SPod.
