CV axle nuts

I am going to be changing out my CV axles this weekend on my 97 Tacoma with the manual locking hubs. I read that the axle nuts with the ADD are 35MM socket size. Just wondering if the axles with the manual locking hubs are the same size?

Make sure to check your fluid level after. Also if you have to hammer on the outside end of the CV to get it in the diff, put the old nut on to protect the threads. I use a dead blow usually, hammer while rotaing the CV until the c-clip seats.

Loctite and torque as said in the link.

Good points. I am changing the fluid in the diff after i am done, anyway and if i need to tap on studs i always put the nuts on to protect rhe threads. My dad taught me that.
