Anyone know the part number for the Gen 3 16" Anniversary wheel center cap?

Need one or two of the caps for the 5-spoke 16" Anniversary wheels from an '03 Montero. Anyone know the part number?

Thanks for the link... but I'm not sure that those are the correct ones. I believe they are smaller and flatter than the ones in that link.
