Will be a lot easier and safer than a hi-lift. With trailers, especially on non-level ground, all kind of fun things happen and then all kind of fun things happen.

However this would be easy, safe, and do the job beautifully. You could also look for one with a front wheel, making hitching and un-hitching easier.
