Aisin part numbers

Aisin aftermarket list 2 different hubs, but shows the fit the same models. Can anyone tell me the difference between FHM-002 and FHM-003. Thx in advanced.

FHM-002 = metal dial
FHM-003 = plastic dial

I just bought and installed the FHM-002 on my 99. I got mine from amazon and they fit like a glove. I mainly bought them to try to reduce the wear and tear of my front CV axles. I have yet to test them in 4x4 so if you get to it first post up a review.

if you install a body lift, bigger tires, want better mpgs, then they become a must have. But all in all if you are keeping your truck stock there is no real need to have them. There are other reasons to install them search and see if they are needed for your plans with your truck.

Thx for the feedback. I'm looking into gathering gen 1 parts as they are getting harder to get.
