I appreciate the offer, but probably not. Unfortunately I have a 5 foot bed tacoma with a swing out bumper. I’d like to keep my swing out if possible. I know the falcons are hard to come by. The finch would hang out the back of a 5 foot bed, correct?

You are correct the camper would hang out 8 -10 inches. For what its worth it is possible to still have a swingout and the camper.
