Bought this summit series Mt Rainier last year and I’ve used it twice. Everything is in the same condition it was the day I got it. It comes with every option available including the annex and rubber floor for lower sleepers. We have decided to go a different route which will most likely be a pull behind. The size of the tent closed is the same either way. Not sure if that helps or not.
