$19500 CAN seems fair, but I think it may be hard to sell in the USA because Americans can't cross the border.

Sold for asking price.
We did have to replace rear brakes and tie rod ends as identified in a mechanical inspection.

Funny. The women that bought it was not the least bit interested in the lift or winch.
She just wanted a van she could sleep in with an outdoor kitchen.
She was tired of tent camping.
