2017 Tacoma - engine maintenance question

It looks like the extended warrantee it going to pay itself off. Lucky me.

While getting an oil change, the mechanic noticed a slight oil leak coming from the timing cover. Warrantee will cover it. Knowing this isn't an easy task and that they will have to take a bunch of other things off to get to it, what else should I have them replace while they are at it? I know on my 04 Taco, the general coconscious was to replace the timing belt at 90,000 miles.

I have just a tick over 90,000 miles on the 2017. The Gen 3 has a chain and not a belt, so I don't think that applies? Belts and radiator hoses seem like a no brainer.

I have a ‘16 and also have a weeping timing chain cover. I think it likely started around 130,000 miles, or at least that’s when I was told about it. (Truck has 235,000 now) Dealership quoted me $3000 to fix, an independent shop quoted half that.
I would have the water pump replaced, too, while they’re in there.
