I have a 2020 Patriot Camper X1 camper for sale. With a new baby here and a big move in the coming couple months I need to free up some capital and garage space.

Looking to get $40K or best offer for it. Title in hand.

I purchased this trailer used 18 months ago and have only been able to use it once. It has maybe 6-7 trips in it, very clean and everything is in mint condition with the exception of a broken plumbing elbow that goes into the hot water heater. Candidly I have no idea how it broke but it is an even break (see pictures included) and I would have no problem fixing it, I just don't have the time to do it. It is a simple fix.

Trailer has been 100% garage kept its life.
