Mitsubishi stopped selling the Canter in the US in 2020.
The seller likely had to source an older chassis in 2021 in order to complete their build.

No I think they were like school bus they bought a bunch at one time and as they were built and sold that was the year they were registered.mine is a 17 chassis and a 19 body but revenue dept goes buy the the year the chassis was born.
