May be true in most states, but in CA, even the simplest tasks are difficult at the DMV.

That's funny...
When I lived in CA I never had a single issue with the DMV and getting vehicles pushed thru...but it did take a lot of "Brown paper bags" filled with bills left on the front set during inspections to make it happen.
