2022 Ford F350 Suspension

I’m running a ‘24 F-350 with a Grandby Flatbed, loaded up we scaled out at just over 10,000 lbs, which is just under our GVWR of 11 and change. Currently on the stock 33s but will eventually go up to 35s. 2” leveling blocks in the rear got it back to the correct height. Truck handles great, doesn’t lean in corners and soaks up the bumps, the stock Rancho shocks that come with the 4FX package, perform much better than anticipated. I considered air bags, however, our weight does not change all that much so really no point in having an adjustable suspension.
A little late replying to this, but can you give some additional info on your rear lift? Did your truck come with a 2" or 3" block from the factory? Did you just add another block to this?

I had a 4" block and air bags on my previous 2003 F250 w/ Flatbed Hawk, but wasn't super happy with it. Trying custom rear springs this time on our 2025 F350 w/ Flatbed Hawk, but would like to hear your experience.

It’s a work in progress. As far as the 2” blocks, I, for the first time in my life, took my truck to a shop for suspension work. Told them I needed to get the rake back to stock. The shop said sure, we can put 2” blocks back there. Naturally I checked out their work and only one block is there. A good friend has been following us for a few days and he says the vehicle does not look like it is loaded. It doesn’t wallow out in the doo waps, it doesn’t lean and it walks nicely over technical terrain. My friend ran a fleet of 350s and 450s so he knows what he is looking at. However, me being used to a very stiff ride in my old 80 and before that in TJs the ride does feel soft, even with 72psi in the rear tires, which is something to get used to. I’m considering a shock upgrade along with different tires.
