Well, technically, I cooked them last night. After cleaning them, they will join some freshly roasted corn, potato, onion, stock, heavy cream and some cheese.

I have to admit, that being nomadic doesn't allow for a garden.
That is a shame.

However, today I grilled some chicken titties.
Made some red beans and rice and and now I am fat and happy.

Dinner tonight is a Quesadilla made with 3 pepper Colby Jack cheese, red beans and rice and some shredded chicken.
I'm out of Negra Modelo, my beer of choice, but I have an 18 pack of Pacifico that I found on the side of a dirt road while out walking the dogs.
At first, I thought it was empties, but on further investigation I discovered it as a full unopened 18 pack.

Found some prime rib in the back of the freezer. Smoked and reverse seared it.

First hunk is pretty good. It gets better in the fridge after a few days.
