I just watched a video, where each week off-grid, with two people consumes 35 gallons of fresh water. And about 12 gallons of drinking water. Nice to know. This helps builders plan.

I'm now looking for data on the Thetford cassette toilet tank. What size of capacity I need. I have a main and one extra.

I also learned from that video. Rain on composite habitats cause water flow over the entry door. They need a rain gutter. Possibly slightly "V" shaped.

I estimate the tray will be 42 inches off the ground.

I drink ~6 gal of fluids per week (water, cola, juice, whiskey )... and use about 2 gallons of water and a quart of vinegar for washing myself and dishes. Sponge bathe with a nylon mesh cloth.

The water that someone uses showering can be crazy high. I'd suggest you and the people in your rig practice technique ahead of time.

^My floor height is 42" also. I like that step arrangement much better than the ones sticking straight out. Much safer to have something to hold onto. I just have a single step that folds down though.

With the slide out platform it uses 600lb ball bearing slides.

To build the platform, I found a industrial heavy weight capacity aluminum shelf 24x36 ($69). Used steel 3 x 1/8 angle iron to build a surround frame. Then bought a composite sheet 24 x 36 for the top. ($36)

At some point I will build brackets to attach this to the subframe.

I noticed a over built step ladder whereas the sales were low due to the competition. It is very stable. I bought it for $199 after a 40% discount sale.

Have you considered an engine driven compressor?
