I dont have a land rover but one of my friends does, i believe he is on here somewhere so i will just do a quick run down and get to the rear swing out bumper i did for him.

he wanted to paint the bumper mil-spec flat black but ran out of black and still had some green so green it is for now.

well that is it. he is moving to arkansas wednesday so i dont know when ill/if ill get more pics of it.

I like the idea of the swing away, but the bumper doesn't fit well and is far from aesthetically pleasing. It's large, and seems to have large gaps against the body. It definitely needs a more clean fit. If you make any other DII bumpers I'd be interested to see how you'd alter the bumper.

that thing is a huge frigging ground plow.

that one ranks right up there with the wooden one a few years back.

Those D rings are just begging to kill someone if they were ever to be used.

I know everyone has their opinion, everyone else who has seen this bumper likes it... Except you landrover people. I don't know if it because its diffirent for you guys or what.

A land plow? Its higher than the stock one.

D-rings will kill someone? These are the same ones on my company one ton trucks and we have pulled a lot around with them.

The tow hitch? He just wanted to keep the original one.

Everyone who's making ******* comments? We built this thing in about a weeks worth of time for a friend who is disabled. He loves how it turned out, just like he wanted so go **** off.
