What makes the recovery straps MilSpec?

The part number looks to be 22026 and appears to be a regular product in their lineup (other than not being yellow).

Was that $50 for 4 or for each one shipped?

The straps are custom made for EO, and they sell a lot of them to the Military, thus meeting Military specifications for recovery straps. They are basically the US made version of the Black Rat Snatch Straps.

thanks! I searched al over the internet and could not find what Mil-Spec meant that made these straps better than the regular ones I already have.
