Sorry yes that is the part number. It is a two inch ball and it is rated at 7500 pounds.

Factor in tax and shipping i feel $60 is still a good deal. I paid 90 for it at a local napa.

Also if you bothered to read the fine print on the amazon page you would have seen it stated that those were open box items with minor damage.
