I'm waiting until the estimated shipping date has transpired and then I'm getting in touch with the powers to be. It says that shipping will be with UPS Ground and I know for a fact it doesn't but 5 days at the most to ship something anywhere in the CONUS. We'll see.

I was going to file a dispute now but, ebay states to wait until 5/3. Delivery is suppose to be no later than 4/3. There's already one other ebay buyer that has not received one of his listed auctions...

I saw the other neg feedback on his profile and just left my own. I'll dispute as soon as it lets me. I still suspect he didn't mean to scam... I think he's just a fumb duck... just my intuition.

I too purchased a set of lights on 4/17, sent an email about shipment on the 23rd, and got this response:

I just followed suit and left negative feedback after not getting a response from the seller. I paid on the 8th and Ebay wants me to wait until the 3rd of May as well.

With that note, I will give the benefit of the doubt but, if he was able to respond to you. He should've been able to respond to others. Anyone with a myspace account able to access his page to see if the excuse is legitimate?
