AT trailer tongue bracket & 2" receiver

I have a tongue bracket from Adventure Trailers with a 2" receiver already welded in. I planned on using this for a scratch-build trailer, but subsequently bought a military trailer instead. I'll be using the same set-up on my military trailer, but need a longer receiver set-up to work with that geometry.

Prepped & painted with POR-15 to keep it from rusting.

This bracket alone sells for $50 from AT. I'll sell mine for $40 (plus shipping from zip 49319) with the 2" receiver already welded in.

Thanks,
Craig

Hey Craig,

Can you get me some measurements? Length and width would be great, plus the thickness of the plate. This may work out perfect for a project I have to make a removable hitch for the bucket of our tractor. Also total price shipped to 96161.

Thanks for your time

Hi Josh,

The plate is 3/16" thick. The receiver length is 10", and the mounting plate is ~6" front-to-back. I'll get you more accurate measurements and weight this weekend (I'm in the middle of moving this week), and we can derive a shipping estimate from there. More to come soon...

EDIT: I'm absolutely certain that it would fit in this USPS flat rate box (12" x 12" x 5 1/2") for $14.50.

Thanks,
Craig

Sounds perfect for my project. I will take it. Paypal work for you or???

Good luck with the move, and don't worry about shipping it until you get there and settled.

Is the receiver still available?

As of Casper's post above, probably not.

Josh - Yes, I have a PayPal account (craig.emenaker AT gmail D0T com). I can swing by the post office later this week, pick up a flat-rate USPS box, and get it ready to ship.

BTW, I just welded a longer receiver into another AT tongue bracket, which I'm modifying to fit my M101A3 trailer. It's going to work very nicely.

Thanks,
Craig

Cool, thanks Craig. Money has been sent. $54.50. Let me know when you have received it (I just still don't trust computers, or my lack of computer skill when it comes to $$)

Thanks again, I really thing this is going to be perfect for my little project.
