Only thing I would have done differently with what you started with is make the trailer fender width the whole way so you can remove the camper and put a second rig on.

Good work!

What a great build. Its great to see someone put something together well and also put it to use, not just buy a showpiece. That goes for your trailer, truck and camper. The fold out bunks on the camper turned out so well its surprising they aren't offered on commercial units, maybe they are and I don't know. Great build. I envy your large work area especially since I only have an almost one car garage. Great job

Very Nice dodge, rare one too. I've got a 85 w250.

That camper on a trailer turned out nice, nice chero-manche wheelin rig. allways thought that was cool.

When I got my '92 I fell in love with these dodges... they are old, rough and tough trucks.. and now with this 4 door you just do not see a lot of them around . even though I know 3 others around my town.. you still just do not see them

funny you mention that.. I thought about that for a while ( lots of long nights) I decided against it for the simple reason I do not want to haul anyone else's rigs :) I wanted to make this more dedicated to a camper / toy hauler.. plus i have a few friends with 32 ft or long goosenecks so if we need to tow more then one rig I can just borrow theres :)

thanks for the compliments..

the idea of the bed in camper actually came from seeing a lance camper with a fold out bed on the back of it.. but since i could not find one I liked or one that someone would sell me cheap I changed the idea a little to this.

as for garage. that was the best 5 year project I ever did.
if you are bored you can read about it here:

Okay, that's officially plumb crazy. Which must be why I like it so much!

Next step: Installing a drive train on the trailer so you don't need the truck anymore. :D
