CS3 (CS4 is uninstalled in a box on the shelf and haven't decided to purchase CS5 or Lightroom)

I'm using CS5. I like it, but I'm no photoshop expert.

I hated CS4 and went back to CS3, then I tried CS5 on a friends CPU and ended up liking it alot
It's all I really used any more. I felt Lightroom was a major upgrade from CS3, but CS5 has everything that Lightroom had, or what I used it for anyway

What is the best way to learn Photoshop? I have CS3 but have no idea how to use it. Is there a video series on youtube or something that will get me to know how to do some basic things on it? I need to resize, enhance color (like making the sky color more blue on some shots), create a large wide format (30" wide) image from many smaller pictures to send to the printer, etc.

I use CS4 for everything. Looking to get CS5 real soon.
Hundreds of tutorials on the web for learing any version of Photoshop or any other software program out there. Youtube is a great start. Other forums specifically geared towards photography are also great resources. You can also purchase DVD's on forums, Amazon, or Ebay. Might also check your local Craigslist for people selling books or DVD's.
I only know about 1 percent of what is possible on photoshop. Mostly self-taught with the exception of watching some friends show me how they work an image. Haven't put the time into reading books, watching webcasts, or doing tutporials.
Don't feel like you need CS5 right away though I started with IPhoto which comes on all Mac computers. Purchased Photoshop Elements and hated it. Won the Olympus Pro Software in a photo contest, purchased Lightroom 2, and then went to CS4. For me it was a progression over 3 years to go from Iphoto to CS4.
