I am interested in purchasing a howling moon trailer tent from BUNDU GEAR but haven't been able to get a response from them. I have also looked at the camping lab trailer tent but like the multi room option with the howling moon. I was wondering if anybody has dealt with them and if so how were they for support, customer service etc.. ?

Rou has been traveling the past couple weeks at shows and events. You might try again.

I purchased some of the SA ammo boxes off them, no problems. The Howling Moon was my first choice for a RTT, but at the time they weren't being imported into North America so we got an Autohome instead....

Just wanted to follow up and say that I have spoken to Rou and he has been extremely helpful and have put my name on a trailer tent coming in the next container in August.
