Can anyone identify this front bumper?

My brother spotted this on a site selling lifts for his 87 Chevy Silverado, we emailed them and haven't heard anything back. I was wondering if anyone might know who makes these. It looks ARB esq but some line pull away from it.

I would say for sure. If you look on their website, you can see their bumpers have the little oval marking on the corners.
