Thanks for reaching out. I REALLY wanted the AEV. If you get a chance take a look at the Road Armor bumper. I responded to you and a couple of others on the thread and I left a link. I pulled the trigger on it a few nights ago because it was on sale and had free shipping. However its on back order. Its not the AEV but it looks pretty beefy and may have a little more protection for the intercooler.

Reading through your build. If you decide to get an AEV front bumper let me know and I can get you an intercooler skid at cost (I am having one built for my truck as well as a grill guard added to my AEV bumper). There are several other good options out there as far as bumpers are concerned that would probably be cheeper and just as strong though.
